Remote Coaching for Anxiety
Anxiety therapy via Zoom is now available!
The format is adapted for working together remotely and additional audio content is available to access at any time and for you to listen to in your own time, in the comfort of your own space.
Who is it for?
This works very well for clients who are unable to leave their homes or unable to travel to our therapy rooms in Leicestershire.
How does it work?
We book a suitable time for your consultation. On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a Zoom meeting ID with request to join instructions and we connect at the given time. Once we are connected, we begin the session, just as we would if you were in the therapy room. The only difference between remote sessions and face to face sessions is that the relaxation techniques used are modified to allow for remote interaction. (Well that, and you’ll be able to do it in your pajama’s. No one would ever know!)
When we finish, you will have access to relaxation and therapy tracks which you can revisit at any time. You will also be tasked with exercises to complete in the week between sessions. These are simple, yet effective and committed clients will enjoy the benefits of completing these exercises. All materials are sent via email and can be used online (audio) or downloaded (PDFs).
What do I need?
A laptop or PC with a camera, microphone and speaker (or earphones).
A reliable WiFi signal.
A comfortable chair.
