Anxiety has become an epidemic, with 1 in 6 adults being effected at some point in their lives, often for long periods and often recurring when faced with challenging life events, such as divorce, redundancy or bereavement.
With our 8 week course, you will learn how to cope with anxiety, face your fears and overcome them, and have a collection of coping strategies to use for life. Contrary to popular belief, fears and phobias are treated completely different in the case of hypnotherapy. Say for instance you didn’t like the dentist, so much so that you avoid booking appointments but are still able to withstand talking about it. This is known as a fear. However, a phobia is when you go as far as crossing the road to avoid walking passed a dentist clinic
Start With A Solid Foundation
Science has recently taught us that we CAN change the way we are. Neuro Plasticity means that behaviours, habits, addictions, even unwanted thoughts (a large contributor to anxiety and anxiety disorders), can all be changed!
Why 8 weeks? Research offers evidence that with repetition our neural pathways can be changed significantly in a period of 60 to 90 days. Deliberate practice over this period of time makes the change effective and lasting. That applies to old behaviours/thoughts AND new ways of doing/being/thinking.
Facing our fears can be daunting, but slowly and gradually bringing different techniques into our daily lives can offer a gentle solution to a scary problem.
How will it help me?
The Anxiety Course combines Hypnotherapy, NLP, visualization and Meditation to bring about profound and meaningful change which has a lasting effect. It is progressive, starting off at a comfortable pace, gaining momentum as you, the client advances. The course is tailored to the individual, and although we follow a program which is designed to optimize results, additional bespoke work is woven into each session, giving you maximum benefit. By the end of the course, you will have a good understanding of where your anxiety comes from and how to deal with it. You will also have a good selection of techniques and strategies in place to help you should anxiety return. The downloads are yours to keep and can be used whenever you start to feel stressed or anxious. You will recognize your triggers and know how to deal with anxious thoughts before they take a hold.
