Room Fee £10

What is included?

£10 is for 1 hour, however, we offer a 15 minute buffer on either side of your client hour. This means you can set up, and prepare. Afterwards, you have time to write up notes, and gather yourself before leaving the room as you found it. The fee includes a bio on our website and inclusion in any promotional ads we run.

Good To Know…

A key deposit of £25 is required upon agreement of the room hire. This means 24/7 access, so you can set your own hours. The deposit will be returned to you on exit of our agreement and safe return of the keys.

A monthly retainer of £40 per month is payable, and covers your first 4 hours of room hire. You will be invoiced for any additional hours used in any given month, on your next invoice. If however, you are unable to book a minimum of 4 hours, this fee will be retained, and covers ongoing associated costs.

If you wish to use the room for more than 10 hours per month, your hourly fee will be reduce to £8 per hour. In this case you will be billed £8 x 10 less £40 retainer.

We use a shared Google calendar, which is colour coded and accessible by all therapists. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so as soon as you know you will no longer need the room. Any cancellations not updated in the calendar are subject to charge. Your client terms and conditions will no doubt reflect a similar clause to cover you.

At the moment, we, the therapists get together every couple of months to discuss developments, needs and observations. This is a very casual meeting over tea, and helps to develop a team feel. As therapists, we work in isolation to a degree, and it’s good to know we’re not alone. We are a team and enjoy supporting each other in any way we can.
